This is the engine size in liters, or - if you want cc.
2.0 to 2 liters - 2000 cc
1.8 to 1.8 liters - 1800 cc
2.4 to 2.4 liters - 2400 cc
The engine size has nothing to do with the size of the turbo. It is probably think better. Doing well and has a turbo. Some manufacturers do not even know that they have turbos like BMW.
