Looking for a basic workout routine and ideal diet.? - ideal workout for a 20 year old male
As the title says, I want a very simple program of training and ideal food for weight gain and muscle. I am now 20 years 5'10''y weighs 137 pounds. My plan is to make the army and as you might think I'm probably a little too thin at this time. Can someone me a routine exercise more, based on the resistance and perhaps add more muscle and directed a healthy diet will help to gain weight? It seems that no matter what and how much to eat fatty foods or May, to hold no weight can.
