Parmesan Reggiano Cheese I Bought A Large Piece Of Reggiano Parmesan Cheese. Does Anyone Know The Best Way To Store It?

I bought a large piece of reggiano Parmesan cheese. Does anyone know the best way to store it? - parmesan reggiano cheese

Cheryl is OK, but I had a piece of Parmesan cheese for 3 months and one thing that will never be green. because it is a cheese, dry years, and as a former boss, I had some really old things, has in a place where we buy in 10 years for daily use, and once worked in Toronto, Canada, who was in an Italian specialty store and hold an entire conference of 25 years in a small hut, and he had a taste of the wine that improves with age.

I wrap myself in paper towels, 2 to 3 layers, then in a Ziplok bag or in a sealed container with a lid or a snap-top lid, so that moisture does not make it sweet, green, the bacterium is not like other cheeses.

Humidity control is key - if you have somthing solid. You can not hold a vacuum bag (literally, a bag of Hoover, but the bags that you seal the vacuum).
